Dear Kermit King Families,


Welcome to the 2026–2027 school year! We are excited to welcome your family back and look forward to another year of learning and growth across our district.

To ensure a smooth start to the new school year, we ask that all returning families complete the Parent Data Confirmation (PDC) process through the Aeries Parent Portal. This annual update is essential for keeping your child’s information accurate and up to date—especially in case of emergencies or changes in contact details.

The Parent Data Confirmation process replaces the traditional "summer re-registration" packet. It allows parents and guardians to:

  • Review and update contact and emergency information

  • Confirm student demographics and household data

  • Review and acknowledge district policies and school forms

  • Provide or update medical information

  • Submit household income data to support school funding

The PDC window for the 2026–2027 school year is now open.  Please complete this process as soon as possible, and before the first day of school on August 13, to ensure your child is ready for the school year.

To access the Aeries Parent Portal:
 Visit: https://pasoschools.aeries.net/student/LoginParent.aspx
 You must complete PDC for each student enrolled in the district.

  • If you have received an email with instructions on how to activate your Parent Portal account, please follow the instructions. 

  • If you are unable to locate that email or you need to reset your password, simply click “Forgot Password?” on the login page and follow the instructions.
